Zero Energy Instead of Energy Zero

Solutions arise from innovation and research. Based on planning, sustainable and ecological, it primarily concerns buildings in terms of execution, use and utilization compared to costs. A distinction must be made between construction quality, economic efficiency, environmental friendliness and resource savings. Secondly, in the socio-cultural environment there are user, investor and owner qualities.

Accordingly, streets are designed with short access. Qualitatively converted space can be seen here in the special context of the sun. The solar city power plant produces electricity and supplies M households, with gradual power adjustment from transformed solar energy using mirror configurations. The “City” power plant supplies power sockets with energy even after sunset by having heat storage devices, e.g. B. Liquid salt tanks that can be heated at midday using excess solar energy. In combination, water supply can be used via solar-powered desalination plants. Houses are also adapted to local environmental factors, e.g. B. the annual average outside temperature. As a result, they are built low, high, close but also far apart. Double-shell facades made of stone or glass can also be naturally ventilated. Sustainable constructions, such as an atrium of the same height as the building, expand the spectrum. Cooling now takes place in the context of the building structure. If additional cooling is required, air conditioning systems are operated with electricity from environmentally friendly wind and photovoltaic systems. In addition, pumps use ground probes to transport the coolness or heat from deep layers of the earth to the surface. Renewable energies and resources include geothermal energy, rainwater, intensive integration of daylight and the natural ventilation of buildings and cities. Waste generation is connected to the recycling system. Standards can be LEED, BREEAM, ASHRAE, Swiss Minergy Standard, European Standard 2000, DNGB, HQE, CASBEE, GREEN STAR and the German Seal of Quality for Sustainable Building.

The life of the city is characterized by people's need to come together. A look into life, together with the revitalization of the city, village, urban sprawl, the landscape environment and nature conservation, in harmony. Suggestions for the topic are therefore seen as essential conceptual cornerstones in the result. For developments, these results mean access to space. Urban development supports this in the creation of work, understanding of form and color in urban space, and people-friendliness. The blurring of identity must be prevented. It is important to preserve, to complete, to secure.
