Development

Rethinking and transforming conditions is necessary from time to time to maintain and promote movements. To this end, an assessment of space as a recognizable reference unit in a hierarchy of rural and urban, also in relation to an international perspective, can act as an economic factor for the settlement and renewal of forces. This serves to find concepts for the mission statement and cityscape in conjunction with concepts for individual places of revitalization, based on suggestions and development from local initiatives.
A city made of stone is not a village or a camp. City is an expression of an often planned mix of spatial organization of conditions, trade, crafts and administration. Village and camp structures tend to show a greater degree of objectivity in contrast to the city.
Overall city development can only make sense in a network. If this can be transferred and experienced in several dimensions, these enrichments are usually of the highest quality. For healthy development, rotten foundations must be completely removed or, if necessary, completely dismantled. Free, timelessly proven ideas should be chosen. The development of the city today must be seen in relation to the current historical influence of industrialization, the destruction in the Second World War and reunification and their consequences. It is about a long-term, effective qualification of the spatial and functional conditions, the spatial organization of uses, in order to increase the productivity of use in existing and to-be-created spaces.

An integration of old and new places of togetherness.

The consequences of the final phases, on the other hand, may be developed by remnants of the structural and spatial conditions that are no longer suitable for change. Places can be rediscovered and seen as such with new meaning. This concerns phases of regional and international topics: implementation, accompanying success monitoring and preparation for subsequent change.

The purpose of investments in the production, maintenance and use of forces:
Here history plays a role as a point of understanding. It is important to recognize the signs of the times and to organize them for the particular investment interest that is to be stimulated. It is no longer the large production masses that establish rules for economic efficiency, it is the production and distribution of specific goods for specific demand groups, competition with one another develops in terms of quality.
