The idea restores the pedestrian connection between the old town of Kern and the Elbe River. The aim is to turn part of the river floodplains into usable public space. The area to be developed should provide a viable mix of commercial plots parallel to the road, as well as permeable activity areas with garden displays.

Tien vu Tran, Viet Nam: Strengthening the connection between the city core, the old areas and the meadows, and taking advantage of the advantages in the river area to create an ecological park without visible boundaries. New points of attraction are being created in the south of the city and also the strengthening of the economy and structure through new jobs in the region.
