Building Development

In the old town there are multi-storey, dense and small-scale neighborhood developments. The street spaces serve as a funnel-shaped orientation towards the market square. In Kleinwittenberg, Friedrichstadt 1930s there are regularly designed, closed complexes with gardens that are one or two storeys. The Piesteritz factory settlement is a regular settlement. Closed construction methods with streets and squares dominate this area, which is home to rental gardens and community buildings.
