A connection must be created across the road and railway, through the expansion of public green spaces, so that water and the city reach out. Attractive public spaces that take advantage of the location's advantages and enhance the adjacent properties are necessary.
The city's potential lies in its connection with water!
In public places along the harbor, people can come into direct contact with the water. A new structure overlying the water edge creates a new, man-made landscape, which dissolves the hard edge of the former use of the harbor.
The new structure does not create a new border, but rather interlinks the various adjacent spaces. Starting at the water, it runs through the bank and continues into any new developments that may arise. In this way, public spaces are upgraded, boundaries are dissolved, the city is connected to the water, better opportunities for adjacent spaces and implants against monoculture are guaranteed.
