The idea of replanting and completing all the former avenues is to be tried. These historical locations must be preserved in the village development structure! In principle, the aim is to increase the attractiveness of the different city entrances and exits.
Connection between nature and village
The historically proven stock of avenues currently contains remains of avenues. Former parallel tree plantings with a tree gate situation have been weakened by temporal changes or by road renewal measures. There are relatively weakly formed entrances and exits. The development is largely characterized by single-family homes in the form of point and terraced houses. Old farmsteads, built at the beginning of the village ensemble, provide focal points along the street.
Connection between village and city
Slavic or Germanic settlement forms, in their small-scale structure, follow the natural conditions. Landscaped areas are partly undeveloped. Outstanding spiers are the Christ Church, the Castle Church and the City Church, which provide the greatest value for recognizing local peculiarities in the development.
