The intensity of use within the framework of the former city moat should be increased, with niches for economic areas in public space. The moat around the old town, which was originally used for protection, is filled with earth and rubble and is visually opened, starting from the old surroundings. Small-scale uses could be set up within this space and opportunities for work and sustainability could be created. Specific recreational activities within are to be created in accordance with their unique features such as gardens, lakes, walkways and visual connections.
